These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of products and services offered by Edu-Maestros AP LTD, a company registered in Cyprus, trading as TrendMoney Partners ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, purchasing a product, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By signing up, purchasing, or otherwise using our products, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Accounts and Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase our products. When you register, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- Keep your account details and login credentials up to date.
- Maintain the security of your password and not share access with anyone else.
- Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
3. License to Use Content
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime license to access the content you have purchased for your own personal and business use. The content is licensed, not sold. You retain that license for as long as the product remains available.
You may not:
- Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share access with anyone outside your household.
- Reproduce or republish the content on any platform.
- Scrape, crawl, or programmatically extract content from our sites or platforms.
- Use the content to train AI models, or feed it into AI training datasets, fine-tuning runs, embeddings, or retrieval systems.
- Create derivative training products, courses, or curricula based on our materials.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Send spam or use our products to send unsolicited commercial messages.
- Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software we provide.
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security or access-control features.
- Use our products for any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive conduct.
We may suspend or terminate access for any violation, with or without notice.
5. Payments and Billing
By purchasing, you authorize us and our payment processor (Stripe) to charge your payment method for the amount shown at checkout, plus applicable taxes. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
If a payment fails, we may suspend access until the balance is resolved. Recurring subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel through your account dashboard or by emailing [email protected]. Price changes will be communicated with reasonable advance notice before they take effect on your subscription.
If you have a billing concern, contact us first at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback. Most issues can be resolved directly and faster.
6. Access and Delivery
Digital access is provisioned immediately after a successful purchase. You will receive an email with login details or a course access link, typically within minutes. If you do not receive your access email, check your spam folder and contact [email protected].
We respond to support requests within two business days. We may schedule maintenance windows that briefly affect access, and we are not liable for short outages caused by upstream providers, hosting issues, or events outside our reasonable control.
7. Intellectual Property
All course materials, videos, written content, software, templates, trademarks, logos, and brand assets made available through our products are owned by Edu-Maestros AP LTD or licensed to us. All rights not expressly granted to you in Section 3 are reserved.
8. User Content
You may submit content to us, including testimonials, support messages, feedback, and posts in any community spaces we operate. By submitting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, adapt, and distribute that content in our marketing and product, with attribution where appropriate.
You are responsible for the content you submit and represent that you have the rights to share it. We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove any user content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
9. Earnings and Disclaimers
Our products are educational. We make no guarantee of any specific income, revenue, or financial result. Earnings depend on individual effort, consistency, market conditions, prior experience, and other factors outside our control.
Customers are independent of Edu-Maestros AP LTD. We do not employ our customers. No employment, contractor, agency, or partnership relationship is implied or offered through the purchase or use of our products.
Past performance of any specific student is not a guarantee of your performance. Building income online takes time, work, and consistent application of what you learn.
10. Third-Party Services
Our products rely on third-party services, including:
- Payments: Stripe.
- Email: our email service providers for transactional and marketing email.
- Analytics and tracking: PostHog, Meta Pixel, Google, and TikTok.
- Video hosting: Wistia and Vimeo.
Each provider operates under its own terms of service and privacy policy. Your use of those services in conjunction with ours is also governed by the provider's terms.
11. Affiliate Disclosure
We may earn commissions from products and tools we recommend. We only recommend products we believe in and use ourselves. Affiliate relationships do not affect the price you pay.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Edu-Maestros AP LTD, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our products, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the products is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on certain damages, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Edu-Maestros AP LTD, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our products, your violation of any law, or your violation of any third-party right.
14. Arbitration and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or our products will first be addressed by good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved within 60 days, it will be referred to binding arbitration where required by applicable law, or otherwise to the competent courts of Cyprus.
Class action waiver: you agree to bring any claim individually, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative action.
15. DMCA and Copyright Complaints
If you believe content on our sites infringes your copyright, send a notice to [email protected] that includes:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.

We will review valid notices and take appropriate action, which may include removing the content and notifying the affected user.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Continued use of our products after the effective date of any update means you accept the new Terms.
